Support and Training Packages
2 hours of Installation support and training are included for FREE with your software license (Must be pre-booked - 1 hour mininmum each). Support or troubleshooting of issues not directly related to the Pawntastic Software may incur additional support fees (see below)
Service/Technical Support:
All service/tutorial appointments are available Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm (MST) @ $60/hour as required (1/2 hour minimum per incident) - Please call or email at least 24 hours in advance to book your tech. support session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 1/2 hour cancellation penalty. See below for Pre-Purchased support package pricing.
Emergency Support:
Emergency support is available outside of business hours @ $75/hour as required (1 hour minimum per incident)
Training/Tutorial Sessions:
If you require additional tutoring in the usage of our program, tutorials sessions are $60/hour, at pre-booked intervals (1 hour min each)
1-2 hour Tutorial sessions may be booked Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm (MST) with at least 48 hours notice. When you book a time slot you will be asked specifics on what areas of the program you will require help with, so as to make the most of your tutorial time. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 1/2 hour cancellation penalty. See below for Pre-Purchased tutorial package pricing.
